At Hex Hives, we take pride in offering innovative and sustainable beekeeping products. Because many of our products are digital files (STLs) or custom-printed items, all sales are final. This means we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please ensure that you review your purchase carefully before completing checkout.

If you experience an issue with your order—for example, receiving the wrong item, damage during shipping, or a technical problem with a digital file—please contact us right away at outreach@hexhives.com. Our team will evaluate the situation and do our best to resolve it promptly.

We cannot accept returns on digital goods, custom products, or sale items. Because digital files cannot be “returned” once delivered, they are non-refundable under all circumstances. For physical products, returns and refunds are also not available due to the made-to-order and specialized nature of our hives.
